I just got in touch with BDO to check if the BRSTN Number that you have listed on your support docs is correct because I am having a hard time withdrawing my funds this month. First attempt failed and the funds are returned back to my upwork account. Second attempt, still waiting besides the fact that I was told in the payment has been processed email to expect the funds to arrive on 17 May 2018. Up until today (19 May 2018), the funds are still not in my bank account.

BDO said they don't have a BRSTN code for theit parent bank. What they do have and can give away is a SWIFT Code: BNORPHMM

Can you use that? I mean I still am waiting for my funds. I already have an open support ticket for it.
