There's a bug with my profile due to which some parts of my profile function as though my profile hasn't been accepted by Upwork. However, I've actually completed 3 jobs and gotten paid. Due to this bug, when I raise support tickets, they are automatically marked as 'Solved' and I get an email that says that my profile isn't accepted (although in reality, it is). As a result I often don't get replies from Upwork support for my tickets.



Can a moderator please request Upwork IT to fix this bug?
