I discovered the Fast Cash option via a whim of serendipity.  It was a Sunday and I just took a risk to withdraw via my UnionBank debit card.

 

I feel grateful that we can avail of this option even before the target release date of funds.  Thanks, UnionBank for collaborating with Upwork.
