"I’m contacting you because I noticed some irregular activity in your account. In order to ensure your security on Upwork, some elements of your account have been placed on hold.
While this hold is in place, you won’t be able to submit proposals or withdraw payments on Upwork. You also will not be able to continue billing on your contract with [client name]. You will, however, be able to communicate with all clients via Upwork Messages."
