Applied on the Fixed cost project but when I see in the Proposed terms it shows in the per hour rate

Hello Community, When I make the bid on the fixed cost project, the amount shows me on the per hour rate in the proposed terms after bid. Is there any mistake I do during the bidding or its a bug of Upwork?
