Unable to update portfolio project

Hello. Im trying to update my old portfolio projects cause there is old YouTube link, but I cant do it. Upwork tells "try later", but later nothing happens. Using different browsers useless too. Whats wrong???

Ahah and trying to attach .png screenshot doesnt work too. Insane.
