Hello Everyone, I am new to Upwork. At the end of of 2021 the company I worked for closed. I have over 10 yrs. experience as am Admin Asst wearing many hats. I tried submitting my reume but no luck so I decided to go it alone on Upwork. I am learning how to write proposals however, I do not have any sample documents to attach. The work I did in the past was completed on the company computer not my personal computer. I respnsibilities consisted of: Calendar Management, travel arrangements, trade show coordinator, meetings, events; accounting budgets and expenses, plus customer service. What type of supporting documents have others used to attach to their proposals? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you. Michelle

Hello! I have been hired as a virtual assistant and we are looking for the best way for how to best share calendars and email accounts so that I can draft emails in his inbox as well as schedule events on his calendar. He has a gmail account but also and outlook account for the program he oversees. Any thoughts/advice would be appreciated.

I sent a proposal to a client for a typist position and when they had me do the interview they asked for me to do via Skype...they said it was to clear through the clutter. Now I am doubting if this is real or if a scam. They haven't asked for any personal information less my name and and email and said that everything would be moved through upwork as typical and would be sending me equipment (wacom tablet) to do the work. Is this normal?
