Are separate payment and Tax details for freelance and agency account are possible?

I have a freenlance account on my own details but I want to create the agency account based on my partners details, all tax, SNN or payment methods will be different for both the accounts. Is It possible and legal?

Hi Arfa,

All agency contracts are paid to the agency's account. Your agency’s balance will be sent to you on a schedule you set, or you can access your funds at any time by going to Settings › Get Paid. The options are all the same as for individual freelancers. How you manage your agency's earnings from there is up to you. Here's the help article for more information.
