How I can receive payments to a limited company bank account?

I wish to receive payments to a limited company bank account, instead of a personal account. I believe I will need to fill the tax forms in the name of the company as well. Will it be possible if I create a Basic Agency? What documents will be required?

Hi Volodymyr,

 

You can use a company bank account but it may require verification. You may need to provide personal identification as well as one of the following:


An original bank statement showing the company name, as well as your name
A business license showing your name and the company name
Articles of Incorporation showing the company name with you as an authorized agent/owner

Hi Andrea,

Thank you for the provided information. This seems to require that only company's owner can provide the corporate bank account for payouts. Is it possible for a company director (CEO) to verify the account instead?
Related question - do you accept incorporation/statements docs in Ukrainian?
