Your profile does not appear to be associated with any agency? How are you bidding for the projects for "your 15-20 consultants"?

From your profile I gather you are offering HR services in the IT field? If you are looking for clients hiring IT people for specific upwork jobs, I would have never read that in your profile, so you might have to make that point clearer. (Plus creating an agency)
