unable to withdraw payment

I cant withdraw the payment.  This is unsual since I started my agnecy two years ago. I have 198USD for withdrawal, Date Feb 16 and March 2. Can you please assist?

I have a payment-related question. I didn't add my payment method for Agency yet. What if my balance exceeds $1000, will there be any Automatic Payment withdrawal? Thanks!
