I cannot find a solution for this and there is nobody to speak with at Upwork.
Our office is changing banks, so the account that we use to pay our Upwork vendors needs to change. Our new account has security protocols including blocking ACH debits that are not pre-approved. To pre-approve we would need the payee ID number for Upwork.
Is there anywhere to get this?
When we tried to switch accounts, the security blocked the payment which then caused havok in paying our vendors and pausing our projects. So we went back to paying from the old account.
Can anyone help?
