Freelancer Can't Accept Offer

Hello Upwork Community,

I am having an issue with my client account, the freelancer cant accept the job offer and it's already been funded. 

My address and account has already been verified and my cache on my browswer has been cleared but still having this issue.

Thanks for your reply, still havent found the solution yet but I submitted a ticket with Upwork so hopefully they can resolve this very soon.
