I have entered all the correct information and the button to hire is still greyed out , I cannot hire , I have paid the subscription and do not advise me to contact support because the chat bot keeps repeating itself and I have sent multiple emails with no response.
HELP with this matter would be greatly appreciated in a timely manner as I will have to contact my bank to dispute this .
it's unfortunate because I would really like to hire someone and cannot proceed .
Support is awful !
