Day Count for Rising Talent

Hi, 

I have a question about the rising talent badge.

Is the 30 days rule, 30 days after profile approval? or 30 days since account creation?

I've had this account a while back that wasn't approved. However, I have been active ever since it was and so I'd like to know if it's something to work towards or not.
