I have an account hold flag 1 but I think I didn't do anything against the rule. But what do I have to do to decrease it to 0?

Hi Alif,
You can check this ticket for more information about the hold you're referring to. Recent account holds refer to policy violations or performance notifications you’ve received in the past 90 days. After about 3 months it will be removed.
