Has anyone had this? I've been trying to work out my profile and applied for jobs. I lost connections to a scammer that wants me to communicate with me outside of upwork. I even have communication of the scam where they stopped. I reported the message where they asked me to communicate via e-mail and nothing is happening. I lost 16 connects to two posts where i got the same reply.

Yes, a person approved my proposal and asked to email the lead specialist recruiter via email. Then that "recruiter" asked me to communicate through Telegram, claiming they're an outsourced company and don't give out jobs at Upwork. The payment was too to happen outside the platform. Additionally, the PDF they sent me with the job description had nothing to do with the offer here on Upwork.
