How to fix this problem?

That is happened when i failed inputing small number to deposit, i try using number $2.00, $5.00, $5,00 but still failed. I dont know what should to do to fix this.. Please help me

Just to confirm, did you received the same error while adding a billing method under your client profile?
If yes, please try to add your billing method again, and if you`re still receiving any errors on your end let me know. Thank you.
