I am having an issue adding to my portfolio and profile

I wish to add thing to my POrtfolio and Profile. I got asked to add to Photography but I also have voicemail and aviation on my skills. I cannot however add samples (certainly of photography or voicemail). Can anyone advise how I can do this?
