Hello,
After I rejected a dispute I've got a confirmation email in an hour or so.
However, at the moment I've submitted the rejection on the dispute page the page would merely reload without providing any kind of confirmation. The impression was that something went wrong. So I have wrongly submitted another rejection request.
Is there a reason for such a behavior

Please allow some time for the team to review, they will address the dispute that was filed as per their processes.

However, my question was not about the procedure.
My question was about the dispute page interface - it is pretty much disappointing.
Does Upwork has a way to submit the Upwork website improvement requests?
