I have an issue with my Upwork account. I have tried clearing cookies and history, changing browsers, and checking on different mobile devices and internet connections. However, my status is still showing as offline. I am not sure why this is happening and would appreciate any help or suggestions.
you can check these different mobile and networks too but still face this issue.

Hi Talha,
It looks like you're not logged in to your account upon visiting your profile. Please be aware that the apps will show users as "online" only if the Messages page is opened from your browser. Could you please try logging in to your account and visit your profile? Let us know if the issue persists, and we'll look into that further for you.

still face this issue
my profile appears offline and the messages box also shows offline even after logging in with another account to check.
