Location issues.

Hi there,  I'm having difficulty to verify my location because my country is not in your list of locations Kosovo, instead I had to chose Albania  because  we are the same ethnicity but different countries, so many friends that use UpWork said to me that I should put location Albania, address Kosovo and City Tirana with zip code 1000! 

If you can help me to solve this please because I have an offer waiting for me to accept and it expires on April 06. I already had my first job and the money that I gained is still in pending mode, is it because of this?
