Lost access to email

Hi, everyone!

 

It seems that the email I use in the Upwork account was connected to a domain I lost access to. So, I cannot access the settings to change it because it keeps saying that there was an email sent with instruction for access. Is there some way to change the email or send the confirmation message to another email?

Hello Luiggi! I have lost access to the email address associated with my account, so I can't recover my password or log in. I have created a second account just so I could access support. Can you help me to access my main account so I can update the email address? Thank you!

Hi, I have this problem too. This account I'm emailing on isn't my main Upwork account. I can't access my main one because I no longer have access to the email address and I've forgotten the password! I want to gain access to it again - please can you advise how I can do that? I don't want to start another account! Thanks, Jennie
