My proposals goes unanswered.

Hi, I joined Upwork way back in 2017 but become more active Beginning this year. Since then I have done over 19 bids which have gone unsuccessful. Most of the proposals just go to archive section after some period of time.I see my profile good and I usually write perfect proposals.

Someone kindly rescue me out.
