New Upwork Agency registration US vs India

Hello,

We are an agency with office in USA and India with some of our developement team memebers in US and others in India. We have legal business entities in both USA and India. Do you reccomend us registering from our US entity or Indian entity? We would want you to consider your reccomendation from ease of taxation point of view as well as consideting the fact that we will like to apply for US only jobs as well.
