I just heard from the relevant team. Our team shared that they couldn't approve the project because the "Steps for completing your project" part has non-English content. Once the changes have been made, you can submit your project again for review. For your guidance, you can visit these helpful pages:

Project not Approving [Wrong Error]

Hello ,
I am trying to submit a project for review but it is not approving .
It is giving me error "Offers to accept payment outside of Upwork"

While i have not mentioned anywhere in my project details or description about the outside communication

I can't find the way to contact the customer support , not any way to open a ticket .
so i have to post the problem here .

I am a freelancer working for an agency. The agency has asked me to join Upwork via an invite. A few days ago, after setting up my account, I received an email from Upwork stating that, as a profile with the 'Rising Talent' badge, I should be able to set up consultations. However, I do not see this feature enabled on my profile. Additionally, I am unable to create projects. Why am I unable to access these features? Is this something the agency should set up on my behalf?

Thank you for reaching out. I checked your account and I see that you are an exclusive agency member. It seems that your account currently doesn't have any permissions granted. Just a friendly reminder that Project Catalog is available for agencies, but with some limitations. Right now, an agency manager can create a project that pays earnings to their agency, but this feature isn't available to all agency members just yet. Don't worry, more updates are on the way!

Additionally, if you are eligible to offer consultations, you'll find the option to create one on the My Project Dashboard page, under the Find Work dropdown menu. If you'd like to learn more, feel free to check out the details here.

i updated my projet catalog, basically the image it was declined upon submission i changed the image to new image but it still under review for over 5 days now help!

Its been 5 months since I joined upwork and I have only 1 project. I published so I can get a hang of it, but now I know what it is and how best to use them, I am unable to create another.

If I open the "Create a Project" link, the page just loads up and is blank.. see screenshot

I don't know what could be the problem but Now I really want to add project that align with my niche. If anyone could help me, I will appreciate that. Thank you

I am using chrome and I just tried on mozilla and its still same thing. The "Create a Project" page loaded up but nothing.. it was just blank
