Hi Community, 

How do I know if I am eligible for Rising Talent Badge? Someone suggested that I should get this quickly. But I am unware of how to get it and what are the eligibility criteria.

The Rising Talent badge is available by invitation only. This means that even if you meet the qualifications for earning one, it will not be automatically added to your profile. Some factors are considered based on the criteria, your profile, and other factors, including your work category. The badge will be added to your profile if you're selected and no action is required from you.

Why does the rising talent section in my stats show that I do not meet the requirement of ‘No account holds in the last 90 days’? I do not have any account hold record since I registered. 

What does this mean? Can anyone explain?

Hello everyone, I have completed all the requirements of the Rising Talent as well as for the Top Rated badge, but I still haven't received these badges, what do I do now? Any guidance would mean a lot.

Rising Talent badge is by invitation only.

For Top rated, your do not meet the Eligible weeks and you have to look at the many other criterias to meet.

You cannot be RT anymore. Only TR, then TR+ or EV. Check requirements (for TR you need JSS after 4 more feedbacks). Badge will be auto assigned after fit requirements.

I am nearing to 1k dollar but still not getting rising talent badge invitaion. I am fulfilling all requirements like no hold on account in 90 days, 100% profile complete and all things. My profile is @https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~0178bea4c33f701b62

The invitation is not related to the amount of earnings and not everyone gets an invitation.

Can I know why my talent badge was cancelled? I think there is nothing wrong with my account. I have been submitting jobs on the platform normally. I don’t know where I violated the platform’s rules. The platform should tell me instead of canceling it directly. This is very unfair to me.

I am sorry to learn that your Rising Talent badge has been removed. If you still qualify for the Rising Talent status, you might just see that badge back on your account in 48 hours! Know that you may lose your Rising Talent badge for a few reasons, and you can learn more about them here.

I was just rechecking the "Rising Talent" Program and I came across a profile with no jobs/contract. However, this individual has rising talent. 

The first bullet point under the criteria states and I quote (copied directly as it is written):

To be eligible for a Rising Talent badge, you must:

• Complete projects on time and as promised to clients

Please can you clarify this?

It also says: Even professionals who have yet to complete any Upwork projects can become Rising Talent if they have certified skills that are in demand.

I totally get how much the Rising Talent badge means to you! Sophie is absolutely right that even professionals who haven't completed any Upwork projects yet can earn the Rising Talent badge if they possess in-demand certified skills. I'd like to clarify that the Rising Talent badge is given out by invitation only. So, even if you meet all the qualifications, it won't automatically show up on your profile. There are several factors taken into account, including your profile and work category. If you're selected, the badge will be added to your profile without you needing to do anything at all!

I checked your account and I see that you have a Job Success Score of 50% on your account. You need to have a JSS of at least 90%, if you've earned a JSS to maintain the badge.
