UPWORK CONNECTS REFUND

THERE ARE AROUND 4 JOBS WHICH WAS CLOSED WITHOUT ANY HIRING   BUT UPWORK DID NOT REFUND MY CONNECTS . SUPPORT TEAM PLS CHECK MY PROFILE AND REFUND ME MY CONNECTS FOR THOSE JOBS . IF YOU WANT I CAN SHARE SCREENSHOT OF THOSE JOBS.

Please remember that Connects are only returned if the client cancels a project before a contract is made (this does not apply to expired job posts) or if we remove a project's post because we believe it violates our Terms of Service.

Could you please go to Find work > Proposals and offers, and share the URL to the proposals you've sent to the jobs you're referring to? We'd be happy to take a look.

This is Ronna, stepping in for Luiggi. Thank you for sharing the proposal links. Upon checking, the job posts were expired; this is why the Connects used were not returned. I'd like to clarify that used Connects may only be returned under the following circumstances:

• If a project is canceled by the client without making a hire, the Connects used on that proposal will be returned to you for reuse. This does not apply to expired job posts.
• If a job post has been removed by Upwork for a Terms of Service violation, the Connects used on that proposal will be returned for you to reuse
