Urgent! My "Apply now" button is disabled.

Hi support, 

 

I can't apply to jobs, as my apply now button is disabled. (the green button is now gray, see attached).

Can you please fix it? This is very urgent!

Hi Mohamed,

 

I can confirm that there are no restrictions on your account. You should now be able to submit proposals to potential clients as usual. Let us know if you need further assistance.

I am also suffering from the same issue. Earlier my apply now button was not disabled. But suddenly it has been disabled. And, now I am unable to apply for the jobs. Also, there is another issue it always shows that my profile is not complete. Kindly, mail me at sharmaabhijeet111@gmail.com because there has been no help from your side. Your help interface is not at all easy to use.

I tried replicating the issue you mentioned, and it seems to work. Please try again after clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser. Please let us know if the issue persists.

Hi Arjay,

I am currently encountering an issue where i'm unable to apply for new jobs,as the "apply now"button is disabled(displayed in grey color). i am having one active contract. i have also submitted documents for identity verification, which are currently under manual review.can you please assist me in resolving this issue

Thanks Nikola for the reply.. I have submitted the documents..its showing manual review..can you please let me know how long it will take to complete the process.. will my account get suspended by the mean time
