Using number of connects as a filter to submit a proposal when we search for job

Hello Team,

How can I use the search option using a filter of the number of connects the job needs to submit a proposal? For instance, If I have only one or 2 connects and I need to use filter by the number of connects thet job needs for submitting the proposal? Can I do that? Please advise.
