Why my account green signal is not visible?

My profile has not shown a green signal for many days. I tried all the solutions from the Upwork community but no one works for me.

Hi Arslan,

Are you referring to the green online button? If you are referring to that, it will not show as green because you have set your profile visibility to 'invisible'. If you want to change it, please click your profile photo once you're logged into your account and click the toggle button. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
