Will Upwork return my earning after restored account?

My account was blocked in middle March, and my balance is negative because Upwork return the money to my clients.

However, could I get my money back after I restore my account?

These money are all closed contracts and one of the contracts was paid in Feb. 

I am curious about is this reverse is Upwork's behaviour or client's behaviour.

What should I do to get my money back?

Is there anybody have the same issue and how to deal with it?

All your money will be available after unsuspend.

But with negative balance you need to fill it to continue using account.

The reason for my balance become negative is because the transactions reversed.

If I need to fill it again it means my early earning is taking by someone, definitely not me.

Not likely if the clients filed a dispute and it was in their favor.

Still don't know which policy is about reverse money to clients.
