Withdrawal problem. Fund not returned

Hey Upworkers! 

I've made a withdrawal to my bank. I made several withdrawals before. However, the bank said that those withdrawals were exceptions. Anyway, they rejected this withdrawal and said ( after 10 days of the withdrawal) that the money has been returned. 

The thing is: There are no funds on my Upwork account yet! So does it take time for the money to be returned ( I already waited 3 days as the bank adviced).
