Hi, 

I have a huge probelm with upwork recently as every time I log in from my personal desktop machine

Upwork detect is like its a new device and I got a warning message on my email.

I;ve even been blocked from google for the couple of days recently. Google detected my log in as a bot or some sort of scam.

What is the problem with this?

I dont use VPN anymore, and I'm always logging from the same computer

This sounds like your browser or your Internet Service Provider (IST) is trying to mask your location or re-route your internet traffic through a different location. Could you please try using a different browser or change to a different internet connection to check if that helps?
