lost top rated badge while have 100% JSS

Today I received an email that you no longer qualify as a Top Rated freelancer on Upwork. I do not understand why it happened, where I do not meet the criteria. My JSS is 100% from the last 16 weeks. No negative feedback from clients. 

The only thing is that the last few months have been difficult as I have been submitting proposals and responding to invitations, but I haven't been hired for a new job yet. Is that can cause a degradation of my status? Doesn't make sense.
In the past year, I have worked hard to get this status and now it's just gone without any reason.
Please look into this issue.
Is there any bug?

I am sorry to hear about your Top Rated badge. I checked your profile and I see that your 12-month earnings has dropped below $1000. This has resulted in the Top Rated badge being removed from your profile.
