I think you can optimize the first part of your overview/summary if you remove this: "A Multifaceted Marketing and Project Management Specialist."
When clients search for freelancers, only the first 200-225 characters of your summary are shown. This means you have very little space (approximately two short sentences) to get their attention. You want clients to see their goals (your services and results) in this small space. You do not want to waste space repeating your title or skill areas already associated with your profile.
The rest of your summary sounds great, and the other areas of your profile look great.
