Rising Talent Badge removed from an eligible freelancer

Our engineers know that some users are experiencing an issue with their Rising Talent Badge. The Rising Talent badge was removed from the profiles of some eligible freelancers.

We will continue monitoring this issue, and once we have more information, we will update this thread. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi,

 

I had a rising talent badge. But the badge got removed. Also, no JSS score is there on my account. I've 15 out of 16 Top Rated eligible weeks.

 

Can anyone let me know about this?

It's possible that your Rising Talent badge was removed because you did not meet the criteria anymore. To maintain the Rising Talent badge, you need to be active on the platform and complete a certain number of projects within a specific time frame. It's also possible that your account was flagged for a violation of Upwork's terms of service.

Regarding the JSS score, it's possible that you haven't received enough client feedback for the score to be calculated. The JSS score is only calculated if you have completed enough contracts with feedback. You may want to review your completed contracts to see if any clients haven't left feedback yet.

You can contact Upwork's support team to get more information about why your Rising Talent badge was removed and why your JSS score is not showing. They can also help you with any questions or concerns you have about your account.
