Some users may experience inconsistency in their Job Success Score on Profile and My Stats page. We would like to clarify that our team is investigating this issue and will deploy a fix as soon as possible. In the meantime, we can confirm that the score shown on your Profile page is the one that is updated daily. Hi all, Some freelancers may be experiencing a discrepancy between the Total Jobs shown on your profile and Work History. Our team is aware of this issue and working on resolving it. In the meantime, if you need to know the accurate number of your total jobs, please refer to your All Contracts page. Some users are getting an error message when trying to submit a proposal that their account is suspended. This may also affect your My Stats page. Error message: Sorry, we were unable to save your application. You can't submit a proposal because your account is suspended. You may be seeing some Job Posts where the preview shows the client's payment as unverified, but the full view of the Job Post shows the payment as verified. Our engineers are aware that this is happening and they are working on a fix. In the meantime, we can confirm the information within the Job Post itself is accurate. Meaning, that if the Job Post indicates that the client's payment method is verified, then you can be sure it is verified. Screenshot: We'll let you know here as soon as we have more information.
