Manage your withdrawal methods

Set up a withdrawal method

 

  1. Go to Settings and select Get Paid
  2. Select Add Method
  3. Select the Set Up button for your preferred withdrawal method 
  4. On the next screen, you can enter the needed bank and personal information
    1. Be sure to review your account number(s) and details carefully. You must enter these details accurately to withdraw your money.
  5. Choose a payment schedule and select Next

 

Pro Tip:  Consider setting up a second payment method as a backup. You can add as many methods as you want and make changes as needed.

 

For security reasons, your new payment method will become active in three calendar days.



Payment types

 


Hourly Contracts

 

Hourly contracts are based on a weekly billing cycle. The weekly billing period ends on Sunday. Your funds will be available for withdrawal 10 days later (the following Wednesday). 

 

Project catalog contracts

 

Project Catalog contracts are based on project approval. Once the client approves your project, your funds are available for withdrawal after a five-day security period.

 

 

Fixed Price Contracts

 

Fixed-price contracts are based on milestones. Once the client approves a milestone, your funds are available for withdrawal after a five-day security period.

 

 

Bonus Payments

 

Bonus payments are available to you after your client's payment has been successfully processed and the five-day security period has passed.
