Estimated Proposal Acceptance Time & Wasting Connects

Hi, I'm sending offers to proposals. Quest givers not responding or not declining my offers for long time.
After im withdraw some of them (Which is waiting for a long time like 1 month) i can't get back my connects.
How can i solve that lack of connects?

Hi Mert, 

I would like to clarify that we do not return Connects if you withdraw the proposal. We return Connects when a client closes their job without hiring or we find a job post has violated our Terms of Service. You can find more information here.

What happens if they don't close jobs? How much time do i need to get my connects back?
