Id verification problem

Hi there, it's been a long time since i submit my first id verification, around 2 weeks i going through submit-resubmit my id verification, using my driver license at first but got rejected ( but not knowing it because i wait too long, no email received that telling me whats the problem ) i try resubmit it again using my government id card couple of time but still got rejected, the image quality is good, you guys can see very clear the information on it. i try bunch of time submit and resubmit, without getting any email. i don't know what's the problem, i have my first client waiting for me,and i can't get more client because upwork doesnt seem recognize my id ( driver license / governmet id ) . I don't know what to do
