Important Suggestion for Upwork

Hi, i believe Upwork should return connects to the Freelancers if nobody is hired for the job in which they have applied or atleast just return half of the connects.

This way it stays fair, because there are alot of job posters with low hiring rate. Some are just scam or some just post & disappear.

Hence Upwork should come up with ways to support the freelancers as well specially when we pay for the connects.

I AGREE - if NO ONE hired....then we ARE ALL failures and should be refunded connects!
