I am a new freelance RPA developer from Rochester NY.  I am looking for some RPA work in order to move smoothly into retirement as I was recently downsized from a major corp.  Having been downsized, I do not have a development environment as that was corporately delivered.  I have experience with Microsoft Power Automate, but I would like to learn UIPath.  My current home enviroment is a laptop with a bad keyboard, Windows 10 Home , i5 processor, and 8 gig of RAM. 

I figure I will really need to upgrade to start working in either environment.
