Hi. 

Can someone please tell/ explain to me why I didn't receive the whole $107.76 that was supposed to be in my bank account? What I received instead was only $44.

Withdrawn fee  (for me it is $30), conversion rate, bank fee.

Usually various overhead fees. Check your Upwork transactions and your banks fees for the details.

If you're doing an hourly job, your payment for last week wouldn't have cleared yet, even though your client was charged already. When look under Reports - Overview from your profile page, what does it say?
