Changes to Client Pricing Structure

Over the next several months, we will be changing our pricing structure for clients. Based on research interviews with clients, our goal is to simplify pricing by removing subscription tiers (with the exception of our Enterprise offerings) and moving toward an easy-to-understand fixed-percentage model. 

 

With this change, all of our most popular Client Plus plan amenities (ex. advanced reporting, activity codes, direct messaging) will be available to all clients, without requiring a paid subscription.

 

Last year, one thing became clear: the world of work has changed forever. To help our customers set up for success in this new world, last year we released dozens of new features. The price change will allow us to continue to build world-class, end-to-end customer solutions for all work needs. As we look to 2022 and beyond we will continue to evolve our platform with the products, partnerships, and community features that support the new world of work.

 

Clients who will see a change to their current fees will receive an email or will be notified on the platform detailing how their fees will change. As we continue to roll out changes we will share more information publicly.

 

There will be no changes to Enterprise solutions or talent pricing structures at this time and we don’t anticipate an impact on freelancer earnings due to client pricing changes.
