We’ve Redesigned the Find Work Homepage

Over the next few weeks you may notice changes on the Find Work homepage where freelancers find great projects. This is also the page where freelancers land after logging in. These changes were designed to make it easier to view and manage your project feeds and profile highlights. They were made as part of our ongoing efforts to make the experience finding projects smoother and are based on continuing user feedback. In addition to visual updates, these changes include modernization of backend site elements.

These changes will be rolled out slowly, so you may not see these changes for a few weeks.

  • The main content column now has all your Job Feeds repositioned as horizontal tabs for easier visibility and switching
  • We’re introducing a new Saved Jobs tab alongside your projecy feeds to make it easier and quicker to access these projects
  • At the top of the main column, where you will see a greeting and the current date, we added a carousel to allow us to easily share important Upwork announcements.
  • The right sidebar still contains crucial information such as number of available Connects and Availability settings. You can also still access your profile by clicking your name or photo. New to this sidebar are links to your category searches, proposals, and Project Catalog™ dashboard. Thanks to user feedback, we’ve also added quick access to Direct Contracts, Get Paid, Community & Forums, and the Help Center.
