Account Compromised - No Login Access - Email Deleted

My account has been compromised and I am panicking that the attacker may have stolen my identity completely by gaining access to my drivers license documents and personal photo. I need to urgently talk to someone to confirm that I have not been phished in addition to having my account stolen. I have tried using the upwork chat and that resulted in a **Edited for Community Guidelines** e-mail that does not accept response e-mails and there is no one available on any phone number to get help from. This issue has been going on for 24 hours and I need to get a human support specialist to help me resolve the matter as soon as possible as my identity is compromised.

PS: It is ridiculous that we have to create alternative fake accounts in order to reach you guys for any help on matters that have to do with our identity and reputation. In addition, it is unacceptable that we have to publicly discuss our personal matters to receive any support.

I don't see any options for direct message sending on this page, on your profile picture, in this posts ellipses menu or on your contribution profile page when I click on your profile, and your personal profile doesn't exist.

Hello?? It has been 5 days and I am still awaiting a response from anyone on account recovery. Pradeep answers me for a couple of hours then disappears with no response or updates. I don't understand the level of neglect upwork treats their customers with. This is my identity we are talking about. Someone help me ASAP.
