Account Suspended

I have completed 10 time identity card, Tax Card, resident card, and when started my upwork account that time also confirm my identity and upwork client account in also confirm my credit card and ATM card.

 

My freelancer massage me I am fraud but I am not but I can't reply because my account is restricted all call me fraud my reputation became damage please fast solution now 

I have attached

Passport 

Tax payers card

Government I'd card 

Election Card

I'm from India please help me send your number and call me and video chat and verify me my all project are stopped

Hi Jigar,

 

If the action buttons that you usually use are grayed out, the Trust & Safety team may have suspended your account. In that case, you will have received a support ticket with an email notification about the action on your account. Please refer to your ticket on this page and reply to the email if you have any questions for the team.

I bid on a project, but upon submission, I received a notification that it could not be submitted because my account was suspended. I have sent in two appeal emails and each time, I receive an auto email within seconds saying that my account either cannot be found or that my account isn't suspended. Continuous run around with no opportunity for an actual agent to assist me. Has anybody else had this problem?

Hello upwork team,

 

When I opened my Upwork account today, I got this notification. "You’ve done something against our Terms of Service. Let’s fix the problem." I am always follow upwork T&S. I saw all my Clients chats, I have not shared any information with anyone. Can you please help me find out where I made the mistake so that I can take care of it in future?

Please note that inquiries & requests made to the Upwork chat bot do not lead to the creation of a support ticket, despite the Support chat bot & human Support agents' Community posts suggesting that it does. 

 

I very much need a support ticket made for this new account created about 1.5 hours ago. In that 1.5 hours: the profile was detailed, a job post was created & posted, ID was verified, the job post was closed without notification of any kind, 2 ID verification tickets appeared on my account & both tickets read as solved but the account page still states that ID verification is needed, and finally about 45 mins was spent trying to find a manner of reaching Upwork Support staff for help and fruitless attempts to extract actual use from the Upwork Support chatbot.

 

Please create a ticket so these issues can be addressed. 

 

Edited to Add: Minutes later, I find that my company has been suspended on Upwork. All of these issues (post closing, ID verified but also needs verification??, company suspension) occurred without a single notification from Upwork. No notice given nor any reasoning offered to explain the occurrences. I discovered these things only when attempting to perform an action that I am surprised to find is prohibited.

Please provide contact regarding these issues. Otherwise, the Upwork platform is simply not a usable option with this account, and there is no reason to suspect that similar unannounced and unexplained issues would not appear if a new account was created.

Please advise the reason for the account suspension, to safeguard against it repeating, as well as the reason for the lack of notification that the account was suspended.

I am sure you can imagine, it does not appear wise to utilize Upwork if I cannot be sure that posts seeking contractors are truly posted or quietly closed by Upwork without notice due to an account suspension equally without notice.

 

As well, please be advised that the inability to contact Upwork support directly is not an isolated incident. Upwork is designed to prevent all users from means to directly contact to support.

Hello, when I tried to boost my a account, it says the account is suspended.

Also "Apply" button is grayed out.

And I have submitted document for identity verification and waiting for verification.

I truly understand that the platform must enforce policies to ensure fairness and protect both clients and freelancers. However, I believe my account was wrongfully suspended.

Recently, I completed a comprehensive social media calendar for a client, which they have begun using. I put significant time and effort into creating valuable content tailored to their needs. However, this client has reached out to you, claiming issues that do not reflect the truth of our engagement. It is disheartening to see my hard work utilized without proper compensation or recognition due to this misleading feedback.

I have encountered similar challenges with other clients who have taken advantage of my efforts. Some clients leave negative reviews or request refunds after receiving the work, knowing that it puts freelancers like me in a vulnerable position. Unfortunately, this has led to situations where my work is used without fair compensation, while my account suffers the consequences.

I understand the importance of maintaining a trustworthy marketplace, but I also believe that freelancers deserve protection from unfair treatment. I am committed to delivering high-quality work and ensuring positive experiences for my clients. I ask that you consider my appeal and the circumstances surrounding my suspension.

I am eager to continue working on Upwork and contributing positively to the community. Thank you for your time and understanding. I hope to resolve this matter swiftly.

 

Attaching the proof yet again that my work is being used. Yet, the client asked for a refund, and left a terrible review. 

 

They even have two posts going up today and tomorrow that I made, I made this!! They are both reels, please check the links that I sent you as I made them!  And they reached out to UpWork about my work complaining, YET they are using it! I am sorry this is not okay, I am beside myself! Beside myself. Please help me. Please see screen shot attached on the calendar it says "scheduled"

Where's the proof you were going to share? I don't see anything on the post but genuinely curious. Sorry to hear about your challenges with clients. Seems like there are not a lot of good ones on Upwork.

dont convert it into a support ticket becuase ticket is akready open but response time is very slow, its been 35 days now but my account is still suspended, i provide all documents which they ask, i also do id vereification, but my issue is still non resolved. kindly dont convert this messge into  a support ticket just forward my query and sort out my issue as soon as possible.

I am receiving above error as I send my first proposal and didnot receive any notification how to correct it.
