Account name not changing

Hello there,

My account name is currently Teteus Bionic, even thought I did not set that name and after trying several times to change the name it is not changing; as my name should be Matheus Moraes

When I go to account and press the icon to change information, it allows me to type in a new name, the problem is after saving the changes it refreshes and the name remains unchanged.
