Account suspended

I am writing to request help regarding my account, which was temporarily suspended. I understand that this may be due to a misunderstanding, as I am a new member on Upwork and may have unintentionally violated a policy.

After receiving a message informing me of the block, I contacted your team to explain the situation. Unfortunately, it has been four days since I submitted a ticket requesting assistance, and I haven't received a response.

Being unable to access all features of my account means I'm missing out on valuable project opportunities on the platform. I would be incredibly grateful if the community could help me resolve this issue so I can resume working on Upwork
